HODL means HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE is a typo for HOLD in terms of holding your investment and not selling it. The term originated from 2013 with the post to BITCOIN TALK FORUM, when price of Bitcoin was very volatile and not stable. User GameKyuubi is the author of this famous Wallstreetbets term (sleng).
JOMO
JOMO means JOY OF MISSING OUT (opposite of FOMO), and it is often used by people that dont have cryptos in their portfolios and express their happiness for not being involved with volatile coins in times of prices falling or ICO scams being revealed.
BTFD
BTD or BTFD meand BUY THE DIP or BUY THE FKN DIP. refers to buying more stocks or more cryptos when prices are falling.
